Septa bus also comes just a few blocks from here at the Tri State Mall and goes into del county and philly. Plenty of shopping and places to eat just two block from here. We are in a high rise complex with a pool facility, fitness facility, social rooms, tennis courts, elevators, laundry facility, security guard entry and much more. This is a two bedroom place with two bthrooms, upgraded kitchen with built in microwave, light oak finished cabinets, dishwasher, garbage disposal and all new appliances in it. There is a L shaped bar in it separating it from the living room and dining room. We have a balcony, two bathrooms and two walk in closets. You will have your own walkin closet to use. We are right at the DE/PA line with easy access to I-95 and easy to find. So if your willing to relocate - this is a good area and easy to find jobs and all that stuff also but you will be taken care of here. I'm a mature, open minded, laid back and easy going Italian guy who is 45 years old and keep a low profile here. I'm 6' tall, 230 lbs., short brown hair, brown eyes, clean shaven face and have put on some weight over the past 3 years or so from eating out all the time with friends at buffets and drinking my budweisers I guess. I stopped the eating out all the time and try to eat more fruits and vegies now. I have a garden at bellvue State park and grow a few things out there also.

It is 12OO a month here and utilities run 4OO a month here because I have high speed internet, verizon cable & phone and even heat & hot water are not included in the . There are heat pumps in the bedrooms and living room which resemble the units u will see at nice hotels and they are to run. I both have computers and tv's and all that stuff in our rooms so we never use the living room. You could hang out there on the couch where there is a 32 inch tv and all if your a non smoker because I smoke back in the master bedroom and stay up late on the computer most nights. Although I do keep the window cracked and the exhaust fan on in the bedroom - bathroom. In my room there is a big desk, computer, 22" flat screen, 19 inch tv, printer, private bathroom and walk in closet.

I'm on blood pressure medicine and all so I cannot do much and my sex drive is not like it use to be. I still enjoyed getting oral and giving oral. I've had this arrangement before with a 26 year old who was saving for her own place for two years. At nights we would give each other oral in my room at nights and we would kind of relieve each other during the week like that. It was a great arrangement because I'm really not interested in getting into a committed relationship. I was married most of my life and enjoy my freedom and am pretty set in my ways now.
