Looking For Room In Any State

59 years old single and straight men, no smoking, no drinking, and drug free looking for room in Arizona - Phoenix Valley, or room and job in any state
. I would like to find someone who can rent room in the nice apartment or in house with a yard and access to the kitchen, living room, and a private bathroom. Air-condition, Cable/High Speed Internet, W/D on site, would be perfect in my price range. I do prefer a quiet atmosphere at home. I like living in a safe place and in a clean environment.
I have never been married and I have no kids and no pets. I am a quiet, honest, kindness, and trustworthy, loyal, responsible and open caring. I like open communication, consideration and respect of others and their belongings. I like to be upfront from the beginning so there is no miscommunication. I understand peoples and I like helping them. I am friendly, like to socialize with share mates, however, I do enjoy my time alone as well.
I have a lot interests/hobbies . Whatever is it, I love indoor and outdoor activities, good laugh and a good conversation, and I always enjoy learning new things.
