Up to $20,000 Down Payment Assistance

Prince Georges is offering up to $20,000 through its Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The Down Payment On Your Dream will offer up to $20,000 to a buyer purchasing a vacant foreclosed home in Prince Georges County.

In addition, the state and othe counties are offering down payment assistance as well
