A Life Coach is a nonjudgmental observer who listens and provides the client with tools to move forward. Although the coach client relationship is therapeutic by nature, it is not therapy. Life Coaching focuses on creating solutions. While the past maybe addressed, the goal is to be proactive and goal oriented.
