I have my PhD in counseling; I am qualified as an expert witness in drug and alcohol abuse by the Federal, Circuit and District Courts of Maryland.
I teach a state approved drug / alcohol education program in Dundalk Maryland 21222. I can have your evaluation back in your hands within 24 hours or less.
