$1,200, High Potential Turn Key Maryland Web Biz For Sale

I am selling a profitable web business that is basically a mirror replication of a friend's business in California. The business comes with 8 websites that are highly optimized and high ranking in Google, for popular Maryland searches, for the roofing industry. Each of the 8 sites is a potential profit center, and can bring in anywhere from $99 to $299 a piece monthly. So, with the 8 sites you should be able to make a minimum of $800/month, up to $1600/month. Once you get running and comfortable, I'd gladly roll you out more sites in other industries in Maryland and you can work the same model. If we did that we'd figure out another fee, as the fee for this listing just includes the first 8 sites, and associated training with me on how to market them.

The sites come as a package. Leads come in off the sites which you can either sell individually at $50/ piece, or you can sell ad space on the sites to roofing contractors, or you can lease each site separately to a roofing contractor for a monthly fee and they get all the leads. Lastly, you could lease the whole package of sites to one contractor for a lump monthly sum, but I'd recommend divying it up.

So why am I selling? Simple, I love to find good ideas, do the visioning, and execute them. But I don't like to network and make calls, or sell things. I'm very good at the ideas and rolling out profitable biz models though. So this just needs someone who can pick up the phone, or go in person to contractors, or hire someone to do that.
